Last night as I was getting ready for my visit to Ms. Orzepowski’s class, I came across the cover for one of my new books. It was a total surprise and I was so excited!
The biography of Madeleine L’Engle will be available for sale later this year and is a library binding, which means it’s intended for libraries and isn’t marketed like a trade book as “Angel’s Grace” was.
I hope the cover for the Spinelli bio will be up soon. I wrote that book first, so I’m a bit anxious to see it.

Hello Grace and Ms.Baptiste,
You may already know me from Ms.Orzepowski’s 7th Grade class. When you came to visit us I sat down and listened to you carefully. I think that you taught me a lot of things about writing. Also you taught me that publishing a book and going threw all the editors isn’t as fun as it seems. Also when you read your draft of the other book that yours writing I though it was great, I liked the way you used your words and explain with details. Maybe with everything that you taught us I will be better at writing OEQ’s. Thanks for visiting ! See you when I see you.
