Hi there!
I’m Grace. I’m 12 years old, and I live with my creator in Englewood, NJ.
Nearly 4 years ago, I appeared as the main character in a book called “Angel’s Grace.” And since then, readers have been asking Tracey (the author) if she was going to write a sequel. Obviously, I’d love a sequel, but so far, Tracey hasn’t been able to come up with one, so we decided it was time to let me speak for myself. And here I am with my VERY OWN BLOG!
Really, I have two students from Florida to thank for finally getting my creator to do this. (Thanks Alexis and Alexandra!) So this is for all the AG fans, who want to know what happens with me after I leave Trinidad at the end of my book.
I hope you enjoy the blog.
So tell me, is blogging from a book character a good idea? Leave me a note, will you?

I think this is a wonderful idea to allow aspiring children and adults writers to jumpstart their own ideas.

I’d love to see Grace visit her father’s family in Venezuela, where she might discover that telling birthmarks run rampant in her family history!
What new friends will she make while in Venezuela? What family history will she learn from stories her newly-discovered Aunt, and her abuela, will share?
I can’t wait for Grace’s descriptions of the places she will visit … the new people she will meet, the new foods she will encounter … while in Venezuala … and the discoveries about how much of the two cultures (Trinidad and Venezuela) differ, and how much do they overlap!
What exciting times lie ahead for Grace!
